MONKEY STUDY:
Imagine a cage with five monkeys. Inside the cage hangs a banana on a string. Under the banana is a step ladder.
Now one smart monkey decides to climb the ladder to get the banana. As he steps on the ladder, cold water is sprayed on all the other monkeys.
Each time a monkey tries to climb the ladder the others are sprayed with cold water.
Before long the ladder becomes guarded and if one monkey tries to climb the ladder, the others will prevent it.
Now remove the cold water. Remove one monkey and replace with a new monkey.
When the new monkey sees the banana and starts to climb the ladder all the other monkeys attack him.
Change another monkey and the same thing happens.
Keep on changing monkeys one-at-a-time until all of the original monkeys are removed. Now none of the monkeys have been sprayed with cold water, but because of the ‘training’ they still will not allow any monkey to climb the ladder and get the banana.
They do not understand WHY, but that is the way it has always been done around here.
That, fellow monkeys, is how Congress operates.
We need to replace all the monkeys at one time so that none of them remembers how it has always been done.
